Dr. Alex Exuzides, PhD

Alex Exuzides, PhD is the Vice President of Research and Medical Affairs at Prenuvo, where he leads clinical research, real-world evidence generation, and medical strategy to support early detection and preventative health. He has extensive experience in HEOR and RWE, with a background in leading late-phase and observational studies across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, neuroscience, and rare disease. He has authored multiple publications and presented at leading journals and top-tier conferences, with a focus on translating data into actionable insights that advance proactive, patient-centered care.

Dr. Yosef "Sefi" Chodakiewitz, MD

Yosef “Sefi” Chodakiewitz, MD, is Medical Director of Primary Care Radiology at Prenuvo, with dual appointments in Radiology and Research & Medical Affairs. He completed radiology residency at Cedars-Sinai and subspecialty training in diagnostic body MRI and MRI-guided focused ultrasound surgery at Stanford, where he used whole-body MRI for hereditary cancer screening, including Li-Fraumeni syndrome, multiple myeloma assessment, and oncologic PET/MRI. His clinical and research work advances whole-body MRI for precision preventive care, including multicancer detection, intentional opportunistic screening, metabolic and body-composition assessment, and brain health. Dr. Chodakiewitz led development of Prenuvo’s dual-axis reporting framework, integrating the established, consensus-based ONCO-RADS cancer risk stratification framework with a broader, internally developed Clinically Significant Diagnosis (CSD) framework to guide proportional management of oncologic as well as non-oncologic findings. He is Principal Investigator of HERCULES, a prospective longitudinal study of screening whole-body MRI, and directs Prenuvo’s unique patient-facing radiologist consultation service.

Dr. Madhurima Datta, PhD

Dr. Madhurima Datta is a Research Scientist at Prenuvo, where she leads the design and statistical analysis of real-world evidence studies evaluating the clinical impact of whole-body MRI. Her work spans study development, data interpretation, and manuscript preparation, with a focus on advancing the evidence base for whole-body MRI screening. She collaborates closely with academic researchers and clinical experts to translate large-scale imaging and outcomes data into meaningful scientific insights and peer-reviewed publications. Drawing on her PhD training in Craniofacial Cancer Research at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Dr. Datta brings expertise in conducting large-scale, multidisciplinary research that bridges clinical imaging, population health, and evidence generation.

Dr. Pratik Shingru, MD, MPH

Pratik Shingru, MD, MPH, is a Research Project Manager for Research and Medical Affairs at Prenuvo, where he leads whole‑body MRI studies that advance proactive, preventive healthcare. He brings extensive clinical research and medical affairs experience across gastroenterology, neurology, and oncology, with prior roles in clinical data operations and global clinical trial coordination. Trained in epidemiology and biostatistics at Boston University, Pratik specializes in real‑world evidence generation, multi‑cancer screening research, and interdisciplinary collaboration with clinicians, data scientists, and regulatory teams. His work focuses on translating robust evidence into actionable insights that improve early detection, health equity, and patient outcomes.

Dr. Rodrigo Solis-Pompa, MD, MHSc

Rodrigo Solis-Pompa, MD, MHSc, is a Research Scientist at Prenuvo. He is passionate about screening and preventive medicine, particularly how data can help us understand who may benefit from screening and what the results mean for patient care. He earned his master’s degree in health science from the University of British Columbia, where he developed a strong background in biostatistics. He collaborates with teams across Prenuvo and with clinical and academic partners to design and analyze real-world studies examining the role of whole-body MRI in preventive care.
